ONLINE, LIVE HOME WORKOUTS
BODYBALANCE - 30 minutes
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Experience simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. You can choose between a 30 minute STRENGTH (soon online) or FLEXIBILTY class.
CXWORX - 30 minutes
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports. All the moves have options and can be executed with your own body weight. A resistance tube and weight plates are optional.
BODYPUMP - 30 and 45 minutes
BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. You can also participate without a barbell and weights. GRIT ATHLETIC - 30 minutes
LES MILLS GRIT™ Athletic is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.
GRIT CARDIO - 30 minutes
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

Do you prefer to train 1 on 1 with a personal coach, because you have a specific goal or need? We are happy to help you with Personal Training. We look specifically at your wishes and goals and make a tailor-made schedule. We start with an online, free of charge, intake interview and then plan the online training sessions with you.
